Lockvogel Burger Bar in Paderborn

One of the first restaurants that I visited in Paderborn after moving and that apparently hit the mark. The vegetarian citizen tastes very good and my visit said that the meat is also outstanding!

Delicious and up to date with tablet order

The best burger shop in Germany. Never eaten such a delicious burger before. The bread was uniquely good (cheese oregano bread). Really only to be recommended.

The fries tasted like old fat, the burgers taste old and saggy. All in all, unfortunately, simply not. Delicious. Tried twice, disappointed twice.

The food was very tasty, unfortunately the staff was a bit overwhelmed and took too long ... but I can still recommend the shop and will come again

The burgers and fries are excellent and reasonably priced. Everywhere is spotless clean, including the toilet facilities. For the fifth star, Lockvogel would need to ramp up the speed of the service. On that Tuesday night, when I ate here in a group of five, we would have had a few more rounds of drink if we had been asked occasionally.

Great food, great service

Great burger bar. Burger super tasty. The only drawback was the long wait until the food came. We went to eat there with a child and the waiting time was too long a bit annoying. But that was only because the bar was well attended and the food was freshly prepared in a kitchen that was too small.

Food was good. Unfortunately it was way too loud in the shop. The music was very loud and accordingly the guests spoke louder and louder. It was very hectic around us, but the stressed staff was always friendly. Great shop, however, more for evenings with friends than for a quiet couple's evening.

Tandoori burger war so gut!

Although we had several questions about the dishes, the waitress wasn't annoyed but gave us great advice. The food itself was very tasty. The order can be placed on a tablet or in person. I can only recommend this place

Waiting time for drinks at least 20 minutes, the homemade lemonade was delicious, I'll give it one star for that, we didn't have to wait 45 minutes for the food as stated but 1 hour 20 minutes. The service is not the best, something is always forgotten, there is no question of what the food is like or whether you want to have a drink, the staff are completely overwhelmed and apparently understaffed. Because, we've never had to wait so long for food anywhere. Is there only one cook who has to do everything by himself? Or are there too few boards on which the burgers are served (environmentally conscious, but also very unhygienich) ... At least that's how it seemed to us. We did not get one of the tablets to order, nor the DOS Mas after payment or the city country "river" game while waiting as the other guests offered. The burger came lukewarm, of course it loses its taste and the sweet potato fries / fries in the bucket are more in a bucket and were partly burnt with us. You can eat better burgers and co. In Paderborn, there you get more and better for your money. Conclusion, we will definitely not be back.

Great place with unbelievable burgers and awesome staff. The music is on point too. I will definitely be back.

Generally very tasty negative was a very long waiting time from the service additionally ordered ingredients in the burger were mixed up with another order and it was only lukewarm. Otherwise I can recommend the burger bar.

The food was excellent, delicious burgers and fries. There were bottles of majo and ketchup on the table, so you could give in again and again. Nice service we were happy

After a long time we were back in the decoy. Food was delicious and the terrace was also very nice. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the meal. Absolutely acceptable for fresh burgers. Only the service could be a tick more attentive.

We order something to the Südstadt every Saturday and everything always comes warm and "to the point". An additional plus is the nice and very attentive contact via phone! A clear recommendation - good burgers, good service!

Very tasty hamburgers with no aftertaste, tasty sauces and fresh ingredients. We have often been there only if you go too crowded at certain times but how else should it be in such a delicious burger shop

We come specially from Bielefeld. Our son studies at the University of Paderborn and we come to the decoy at regular intervals. We tried a number of restaurants, but we are always drawn to the decoy. A huge compliment to the kitchen and the service staff, who always impress us. Greetings from Bielefeld.

My sister invited me to dinner there yesterday and I was and am just thrilled. We had a very nice waitress and the food was just to die for. We had to wait 35 minutes for the food, but since the burgers and their ingredients are freshly made and homemade, it was really worth it. Absolutely fair in price. Great praise. 😊We would love to come back!

The food is amazing! I have never eaten such a delicious burger as in the decoy! I especially liked the burger bread. The staff are very nice and friendly and you feel very comfortable. I can only recommend the decoy!

Everything is prepared by yourself. Really tasty. Service super friendly even if not learned. Nice ambience and local guests who appreciate good food from their own ranks.

Best burger I´ve ever had! Amazing taste - juicy meat - homemade bread (I highly recommend the cheese-oregano bread) The restaurant in the heart of Paderborn is worthing a visit at all points. Nice location - service was helpful and a large choice of drinks. I´ll definitely come back. Cheers

I visited Lockvogel yesterday to see what All the hype was about. I played it safe to try their Chilli Burger with Cheddarkäse with double beef patties. And My God was it delicious. The meat was so well cooked that it would melt in my mouth as soon as I tried chewing. Buns were fantastic. The sauce was amazing. The sauteed onions and fresh Tomatoes just added to the already magnificent burger. I highly Recommend Lockvogel. Taste - 10/10 Service - 10/10 Ambiance - 9/10 Presentation - 10/10 Lockvogel, in fact, the king of burgers when it comes to offering the best burgers in Paderborn.

I tried Hähnchen burger. It was the best burger I ever tried since I came to germany. Highly recommend it.

As an American in Germany, I was looking for something closer to what I'm used to. The fries and onion rings were delicious, the burgers were just ok. I don't recommend the very mushy veggie burger, especially with the par baked oregano bun. Also they don't take credit cards.

Food was very tasty but the waiting time was very long. I had to wait 45 - 60 minutes for a small salad and 8 small rolls. There were about 8 guests there, 4 of whom have already eaten! Didn't I find it nice, what happens when it's busy ?! Nonetheless, the food was good.
